WATERCOLOR WASH ON INK
Watercolor wash on ink renderings are typically done at 1/8th to 3/16th scale, but also can be adjusted to fit the size required. All renderings are drawn and executed by hand. Parameters for the creation of watercolor wash on ink are the same as for pen and ink. Watercolor wash on ink renderings are typically done on high quality illustration board or high quality water color paper dry mounted on a foam core backing.

GOAUCHE OPAQUE
Goauche opaque renderings follow the same parameters as pen and ink and watercolor wash on pen and ink, but are always done on high quality illustration board.

PRICING:
Pricing is done for the client on a "per job" basis as each piece of architectural art is created solely for one particular structure. In cases of multiple renderings required for a job, it is possible in some instances to quote the same price for each rendering within the total package. An example would be a grouping of residential renderings, townhomes, or apartment buildings.

LEAD TIME FOR PROJECT COMPLETION:
Each job is scheduled on a first come, first serve basis, but there can be exceptions for rush jobs that will be priced in a higher bracket. Typical turnaround time depends upon the size of the project, but most jobs can be started within 1-4 weeks of an agreement to begin work with completion again depending upon the size and scope of the job.
